Costs were also awarded against Richmond Council at The Manor Road Public Inquiry. The costs, the amount has never been admitted , were due to The Council not providing evidence for reason No 4, alternative use for the site, where Sainsburys/British Gas had obviously done considerable research. So had I,in fact a full Millenium /Sports Lottery fund proposal. Brit Gas/Sainsbury got public money ,I got a threat, refusal to speak, a High Court bad decision plus liability for costs and cancer which nearly killed me. Cllr Mann ought to check his facts about 'What Razzall said' before assuming I was wrong. I have not been wrong, the evidence I have given has been 100% correct ( to correct a previous snide remark ) downright evil has happened and it is only a matter of time before all of this comes out in the open and Cllr Mann's 'superior' swipes at me will be seen as wicked attempts to defeat justice. This site is revealing more than my original purpose in starting it. Corruption from the top to the bottom of Richmond Council. Cllr Mann's defence of all this is beyond his own knowledge, I think he is a nominated fall-guy who has no intention of standing at the next election.
