Several spokespersons for Richmond Council, have turned up from time to time to explain, defend, or whitewash the things intelligent concerned citizens have highlighted on this site. I am not sure whether we should be grateful but we are insulted because the issues of concern have remained unanswered. The system of local government in Richmond has been taken over and used by a gang of unscrupulous opportunists knowing that the system can be used to protect their nasty self-seeking schemes. Such rules of the High Court, like the 56 day time limit ensure that the evidence, hidden, can never be publicly officially examined even if revealed later, and therefore `they've got away with it'.
This has caused considerable frustration, is undemocratic and demonstrates `the system' has been used against the public interest. I am now termed `a nuisance'. I have highlighted illegal acts of highway robbery. as others have done too, perhaps Watchdog's vey existence has stopped many more `muggings' that would have happened without it. Other Watchdogs are now coming online to clean up and expose East London, Guernsey and New York, so `nuisances' can be given a voice there too. The crooks must be slowed down for our grandchildren's sake in any other country they'd be lynched.
