I can't let Laurence Mann off his statement that the minutes of the 25th Sept meeting were publicly available. Cllr Razzall stated on TV that such a meeting had 'Never taken place. I certainly don't remember it '. On my way to The High Court the Council were invited to produce counter evidence , they did not produce the 'Watley papers'. Had 'The Watley papers ' been at the very first High Court hearing, I would have achieved a full judicial review if not a Judicial Inquiry which even now should happen. To take a second correction, even three Appeal Court Judges fully understood what had happened and agreed with the evidence I presented. The Judgement stated 'With deep regret this matter is out of time' . Happily this evidence is now being re-examined at European Parliament and European Commission level. I am hoping for an instruction for a Judicial Inquiry leading to prosecutions and the immediate rebuilding of Richmond Ice Rink stolen from the children of London by Spivs.
