I have no idea what former Cllr Razzall may have said, nor what the question he was asked was. I try to avoid watching television as it is bad for the brain.

Nor have I any proof that the "Notes" produced are official ones: it is only because I have no evidence to the contrary and have heard of them before (maybe from reading something authored by yourself) that I am assuming that they are accurate. Some meeting must have taken place (maybe with former Cllr Razzall, maybe not)as otherwise the strategy of negotiation rather than fighting the appeal would not have been settled upon.

Everyone who is vaguely interested in this issue and looks at this site (maybe as many as a dozen people) has now seen all of the arguments. They may place whatsoever interpretation upon any facts or assertions which are contained within those arguments that they wish.

I have learnt a couple of things from this process, for which I am grateful. One is the correct amount of the compensation, and the other is that in reality you don't have a case at all, despite all of the bluster about the European Commission and the European Parliament.

I do hope we get an ice rink back some time, but it won't be as a result of your efforts to wind back the clock.
