I am very alarmed by Councillor Mann's facile complacency because the potential for conflicts of interest to arise is so flagrantly obvious.

How do we know that members of the Resources Committee were not also members of FREDIC?

Is it also satisfactory that Councillor Rae signged the clawback agreement, whereby many millions would pass from RHP to LBRuT? She was at the same time a member of the RHP Boatrd and a member of the Council.
