Dear Laurence,
If you took the trouble (which hardly any Councillors do) to gauge the opinion of staff and the local electorate, intead of pontificating in a hapless way, as you all do, you would probably come to the conclusion that anything you say will be taken with, not a pinch but a ton of salt, because the realisty that is all around us (staff and the local electorate) spells this: hypocrisy, incompetence, arrogance, self-assured power-abuse and any a whole host of other unsavoury sins that you Lib Dems seem to have made your own. You can hot-air all you like, but the bottom line is that the Authority is is down in the dumps, shamed, staff couldn't give a damn and no one but no one trusts any of you spivs. Go on, waffle some more, intellectualise your shameful position and attempt to jusify it with your sophist phrases. But the bottom line is (sorry to be so realistic and down to Earth) come next May, @#$&! off, all of you!!! |
