Thank you for at least trying to explain but it still makes for disturbing and depressing reading. It means that you are effectively admitting that we have virtually nothing to show for these receipts with little more to come.

To an outsider that seems as equally wrong in principle as the Railtrack fiasco. If you look at your comments there and wishing for them to RIP, then there is a contradiction here in trying to defend your party's administration whilst glad of the other's downfall. The parallel, albeit propotionately small from a small borough, is so much money coming in and then haemorrhaging out through poor financial management, wastage, wrong priorities and over rewarding individuals for ineptitude and incompetence.

Get out of that conundrum and I'll rename you Cllr Houdini!
