Some matters are much clearer than others but it seems to me to be clear enough that there was a willful denial of the existence a meeting that clearly did take place.

Whether or not this is a matter of concern to the electorate is indeed a matter for them to decide and there are, of course, none so blind as those who do not wish to see.

It would at least appear to be abundantly clear that the perpetration of deliberate deceptions is a matter of no concern to Councillor Mann, regardless of the facts that he does not appear to have been fully aware of.
