More to the point, why is there no UDP provision to provide an Ice Rink? This is an especially worrying question in view of the planning history.

I am not familiar with the details of the previous application for Old Deer Park but would have thought that a solution to access problems ought not to be beyond the wit of Mann, so to speak.

It is hard to see why the vicinity would be fit for an athletic ground, a golf club and a swimming pool but not an Ice Rink.
