1. We have been over this before if you care to look back through the postings on this site, and I'm getting a bit bored repeating myself.

2. I am in no better position than you to find out who owns this company and perhaps if you are so keen to find out and you think it has any bearing on anything you will do so rather than indulging in idle speculation.

3. A Solicitor's duty when it comes to money-laundering is (simply) to ensure that his or her client is who they say they are and that money provided by them is sourced legitimately: that is to say that it is not in the form of bundles of £50 notes. Vetting represented third parties is not part of that duty, nor could it practicably be so. When I am being a councillor I am not acting as a Solicitor: the council has its own legal department.

4. I do not regard trying to find fault with previous decisions as getting "on with today's challenges",
