One does wonder just how many different people are contributing to this litigious letters column. "Active but Ignorant Voter" was previously "Active Voter" then admits to being "Cheeky". In addition the only way he could know about false postings under the name of "General Nuisance" and "Bystander" is if he were actually using those names himself. So that is at least four names used by this person and probably means he is using many others. A person called Jonathan Martin used to contribute to this rag until he was called to book for writing a disgraceful letter in the name of "Mother Theresa" which he admitted to writing. This criticised one of the more well informed Civic Centre moles who has now gone to ground. What is the purpose of all these ficticious postings, use a pseudonym if you must but why so many of them. It just makes the column look as if it has a few dozen fanatical contributors when it really only has about five and Richard Meacock. 6 people out of the boroughs 130,000 is 0.0046%, that's not many is it. |
