For the last two weeks i have experienced incredibly pain on the top of my feet,first on my left foot, but progressing to my right foot as well. there is no bruising or swelling at all and nothing looks out of the ordinary. there is no pain unless i'm standing or walking.there is no pain in my toes, heel, arch or ball, just in the area where my ankle joins my feet,my ankles are painfree. it has come to the point were it is seriously interfering with my daily activities. i'm 22,very active and have no health problems at all. could i have injured myself in the gym?
