Just as an interested party with very similar pains, I have just recently had 2 epidorals and 6 sympathetic nerve blocks, but very little relief. Previous to these, I had tarsel tunnel surgery with no relief. I've tried neurontin, nortryptilin, amytryptilin, elavil with no relief. I, too, am open to any and all suggestions. Very frustrating and down right painful. Some nights I can't stand the sheets against my feet. I take one half or one perocet, depending on the pain.
