Geetings,
As a Pedorthist, I have found that the use of a simple
UCBL or deep heeled semi-rigid foot orthotic can relieve
a great deal of the pain. In most cases a major reduction in swelling and an improved gait. A visit with youre local
Podiatrist or Othopedist is encouraged as they all are
well schooled and experienced in these devices. Just a suggestion, only an experienced physician should be consulted in these situations. Foot Orthotics and bracing
can be a valuable non invasive approach too many lower extremity disorders. Best Regards,

Just as an interested party with very similar pains, I have just recently had 2 epidorals and 6 sympathetic nerve blocks, but very little relief. Previous to these, I had tarsel tunnel surgery with no relief. I've tried neurontin, nortryptilin, amytryptilin, elavil with no relief. I, too, am open to any and all suggestions. Very frustrating and down right painful. Some nights I can't stand the sheets against my feet. I take one half or one perocet, depending on the pain.
I'll be watching for responses.
