The details of any settlement will be made public - you see there are no secrets within the LBR computer system. Settlement means cheque to applicant or third party.
Also does anybody know about the brown envelope containing 18K paid to a council contractor. Well when Prop and Convictions - sorry I mean Construction, was outsourced Mary Pierre-Harvey failed to dispose of the expenditure and payment print-outs for all council schemes for the past decade. They are now in private hands. And guess what, the 18K does not relate to any work done. Try to get out of this boys and Gels when it hits the pan.
