Hi,
For a year now I have been having pain in my right heel. When I step down the pain (electrofying, radiating, tearing, and burning) shoots up into my leg as well as my lateral and medial ankle.
It normally last for two weeks and disappears for two to three weeks. There is usually a dull lingering pain at the top of my heel until I have another episode.
It comes on after I've been sitting for awhile, after long walks, and when I wake up in the morning.
What can this be?
