I noted a previous posting regarding the court case Pyres v LBR. I then obtained copies of docs from LBR sources relating to the case, here are some extracts.

Case number 2301773/01/N
Carlos Pyres v London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

From ET submission
'The applicant believed he was removed from the Rectory School project due to his criticism and concern, for example, of mr Landolt's failure to obtain full planning permission before proceeding with the building, and failing to obtain building regulation consent on a seperate project with a value of approximetly £500,000'

'Medical evidence was presented to the Respondent on behalf of the Aplicant that he had been suffering from continuing stress necessitating him to take time off work and which had been created due to the grievances and their circumstances which had arisen since early 1998 and which had not yet been resolved.'

From LBR e mail.
'We have treated Pyres appallingly but no matter how wrong we are we cannot let people see him win.'

I will be passing the docs I have onto to the press.
