I shall not make this an onging tit for tat message thing. But just wanted to clarify one or two points, then I shall leave you in peace!
It did happen once about two months ago, and the pain gradually went. I walked on the weekend when it re-occured.
SO I have rested as much as I thought was necessary. I think though it is exacerbated by driving, I do an awful lot as part of my job. How long would you exect the to have tor est it for, and is it likely to be reoccuring?
the 'treatment plan' I had was to rest it! Not awfully practical if you have a job to hold down.
