(age 62) My toes are stiff and generally it is uncomfortable to bend them. They have been that way for some time. Also I have noticed an increasing loss of flexibility in my ankles. Walking on floors without shoes is not a pleasant experience. Do all of these symptoms fall into the neuropathy category? Otherwise I am healthy and active. No hypertension, diabetic, tobacco or alcohol issues. I appreciate any help. |
