Unfortunately, Richard Meacock isn't too far off the mark here. How does one reach Tracey Luck? Why don't more of us apply and see what response we get? It may be that it's just like most of these things that are meant to look good -
only inner circle members need apply.

One thing I've noticed is an attitude of 'you're either with us, or against us. No criticism accepted and a fear it seems, of anyone involved within or in a 'partnership' capacity to say anything either mildly critical - one strike and you're out! This does not make for a healthy democracy.

Would Cllr Mann put in a good word for any of us and genuinely help with open access to all of what goes on - not just selected snippets or 'spin'?
