Tracey Luck is organising 'The Community Strategy for Richmond Borough. In other Boroughs concerned citizens are invited to sit-in on policy-making discussions, especially those who have been critical of previous policies. In Richmond I approached Tracey Luck and suggested I be invited as a citizen so concerned at the loss of public access facilities I have actually sued The Council on several occasions and had a positive input most Councils would welcome with open arms.. Tracey Luck told me I was not welcome and 'all the seats are taken', in fact I was banned. Its obvious Richmond Council are warping the whole idea of New Labour's excellent attempts to refresh Local Government. Richmond wanted YESMEN ( and yeswomen ) because they have become so arrogant with power. Richmond's Community Strategy is an ineffective waste of time and/or space, as is 'The Scrutiny Committee', as is the Political Master telling civil servant Tracey Luck what to do. |
