Out of the three you have no evidence for is in the public domain.

The terms agreed for the Riverside are £1pa for a 125 year lease and certain ""community benifits".

There is considerale correspondence on www.Twickenham-online.co.uk A Councillor has admitted that the site is worth £6m. Others are saying £8/13m.

I wonder if Cllr Mann or someother Councillor can explain what commutty benifits are to be made available to the value of £6m.

If they cannot the site is being given away.
