I'd question the use of 'only' in 'only three'. The remarks about council employees, including the strategic director are a substantial part of the allegations. If any part of them is verified it's fairly serious. Are disqualified directors listed ?

It seems perfectly possible that Owl's allegations are all true. However hard evidence may be needed to convince a wider public.

I do wonder that I don't read too much about this in the Conservatives' leaflet 'In Touch' (Labour doesn't deliver leaflets in my neck of the woods.)
