Any historical posting can be ressurrected and this seems to have happened, nothing to do with me, by the way. Some subjects have been buried. Others may , like this one, have quite a lot to do with a recurrence of the subject. This one presumeably the result of reading this week's RTT which was arguably written about a parallel universe. Particularly annoying being how The Council was annoyed at an'unfair' report on the state of its social services. The real news is not the annoyance of the Council, but the shocking waste of money the shambles costs and the welfare of its victims. |
