What is wrong with Richmond Council declaring a policy of disposing of its own rubbish within its own boundaries by using Anaerobic Digestion and Recycling ? An AIM , a TARGET worth trying for. Rather than bleating and quoting unintelligable technical accounting problems and blaming others. |
