My thought is to re-evaluate the diagnosis. Your treatments have been very appropriate and I cannot remember when a child does not respond after such a long treatment such as you describe. There are several other problems that will mimic Sever's disease and I suggest a further opinion towards going to a new diagnosis. Good Luck!
