Persistant pain on top of left foot, Xray shows spurs on both the plantar facia and achilles. When walking the pain 'grabs' at times. I have pain on bending my foot either up or down, a constant pain. No oestoarthris shown on the xray. My question: If both the plantar and achilles are on the bottom of the foot, why is the pain at the top, running across the top of foot? I have very high arches and am diabetic.
