I really do not understand how you were "cleared" of peripheral vascular disease when there is a clear line of demarcation between normal temperature/warm proximal areas of the foot and abnormally cold toes which are painful. Clearly, no matter what else you might call it, assuming that your description and statement is entirely accurate, it would appear to be, at the very least, a small vessel peripheral vascular deficit, no matter its etiology. You did not mention skin color. Are the normal temperature areas normal in color and are the cold toes pale?
I would suggest another evaluation for PVD and perhaps both neurological and psychological testing. |
