I have recently started working a part time job and am on my feet anything up to 8.5 hours a night. I am finding that after 3 or 4 hours I have very bad pains in my big toe. OK how do i explain where it is. You know the bump on the side of the big toe, if you put your finger just underneath the bump and press in and up that is where it hurts. I have to have it rubbed to eleviate the aching pain I have and i do mean rub - HARD. it lasts hours,and has at some stages been so painful I cry. I have the minor aches in the heels but i think that is expected of the standing, but the big toe pain is the worst. I used to get it when I worked at Mcdonalds 12 years ago but have had a sit down job since then. Now I am back on my feet I really want some relief...Help!!! |
