Sorry to not give a more specific reply - but this one really should be seen by a podiatrist for proper assessment. Have a think about what things have changed in recent months for you which may affect your feet - changes in footwear, surfaces you are standing on for work, increased amount of time on your feet, any injuries/specific incidents, sudden increase in training frequency/intensity/methods re sports, aching or problems in other areas of your body - this type of info. could be relevant to help the professional sort out the issue. Wouldn't hurt to take your 2 or 3 main pair of shoes with you for assessment also. Don't put up with it, get onto it sooner rather than later and it may be easier to sort out.
