Sorry to not give a more specific reply - but this one really should be seen by a podiatrist for proper assessment. Have a think about what things have changed in recent months for you which may affect your feet - changes in footwear, surfaces you are standing on for work, increased amount of time on your feet, any injuries/specific incidents, sudden increase in training frequency/intensity/methods re sports, aching or problems in other areas of your body - this type of info. could be relevant to help the professional sort out the issue. Wouldn't hurt to take your 2 or 3 main pair of shoes with you for assessment also. Don't put up with it, get onto it sooner rather than later and it may be easier to sort out. One thing i will say is YES I THINK YOU WILL LIVE!!! Good luck!!
