Unless there is a reason for you to have feet that perform differently, such as a previous injury or problem with back, legs, or feet, then it is unlikely. What did your tests show? If you do pronate heavily on one side, then I would suggest an orthotic for that foot, with a neutral type of running shoe. You really need to have that assessed though, can you see a podiatrist? Failing that, firstly, you definately need a running shoe, are the Nikes running shoes, and not just trainers? Nike air pegasus is a good basic shoe to start with, which could fit an orthotic if necessary.
