You are correct, I am not up with your acronyms as I am in the UK. could you explain PMH/PE?

Hypertrohy of the sesamoid is present, but no restriction in rage of movement, swelling yes, and infection yes (have pictures) the site is located directly under the lateral sesamoid, X-ray showed nothing,it could be cystic, but in this country MRI's are a long wait, or £800 GBP going private. discussed going back to podiatric surgeon. Thank you for your input.
