Although diagnosed free of cancer after tests at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Guernsey, I flew to the mainland on January 19th 2006. More comprehensive tests at St Peter’s Hospital now reveal cancer of the liver and cancer of the lungs by January 29th.
The `Rules’ of the High Court contain numerous `time limits’ and I ask all interested parties to allow some relaxation in the circumstances, in my effort to allow the continued existence of 24 Richmond Hill as The Little Museum of Ice Skating and Artists Co-operative without liability to commercial business Rates. I do not want to cancel the Judicial Review which would resume should I survive, but right now I find myself in a life-threatening situation which must take precedence.
