James Naughty came up with the best reason yet for Local Government officials keenness to squeeze every last penny from every Widow and small business, today on BBC Today. '26% of Council Tax goes to pay the pensions of Council Workers.' As Richmond has the highest Council Tax in London , does that mean the highest paid ex Council 'Worker's' pensions. The ones who lost £millions for the public, and their Ice Rink. It rubs salt into the many wounds local people have had to endure.
