If Richmond Council's Chief Executive and Leader are not going to do anything, they should get off the pot. We know they inherited a cesspool but doing nothing won't get the paving stones repaired when all the taxpayers money is going to pay The Royal Bank of Scotland and others for no current public benefit. For 20 years Officers still waiting for their pensions have full knowledge of how all this happened, by their silence they are culpable. The District Auditor has proved useless, his mindset could be , 'Why rock the boat, it might not get me a knighthood ' . Who is going to set up The Full Enquiry ? The Police ? A Bishop ? 3 Law Lords ? I can provide all the leads for investigation, which as soon as it is so 'Officially' set up will find no shortage of witnesses. The perpetrators of these scandals are being given Knighthoods and Peerages. The Whistleblowers, like myself, hospitalised and bankrupted. . I am sueing The Magistrates Court for a variety of strange things. One being they don't keep records of hearings; these are kept by Richmond Council Legal Office.Its worse than strange its time the safety valve blew. My little case could, I hope, be The Catylist for truth and restitution. The end of Public Apathy. You've been robbed and swindled. From a hospital bed on an Island off France. Richard
