With The Lib Dem Leadership crisis the name of Simon Hughes has come up. He stood up in Parliament on this day and was economical with the truth over the issue of Richmond Ice Rink. Check it in Hansard. If this behaviour is a requirement for Leadership of a Political Party, then he is 100% qualified. With him as Leader however , one more hurdle is added to this absurd caucus race of getting The Ice Rink back. The trouble even little speeches in The House of Commons have caused is ridiculous. |
