In case real subjects sully the delicate ears of Richmond Councillors and Council Employees I have been told this Forum has been blocked from all Richmond Council Computors. Of course many have computors at home and will now leave 'work' early just to find the latest real news. I hope our 'moles' will also feel just as inclined to spill the beans on the sillier continuous waste of money This Council seems so good at. This little gem followed the reinstatement of 'Oncom' forum having also been excommunicated. Any minute now I expect the return of my Judicial Review Papers from The High Court with the official 'Stamp' so I may then serve them on The Chief Executive and The Inland Revenue Valuation Office. The bones of the legal cxhallenge refer to the disgraceful way small businesses are being taxed out of existance while 'Chains and Superstores' are given preferential treatment.( Probably because they fund political Parties ).
