Set up Watchdog and see what falls out. So far its One Third of The Executive of Richmond Council as Cot 3's fly everywhere. A Cot3 is an agreement to silence departing employees by offering them a large cheque. These 'Cot 3's were set up as a normal speedy proceedure by ACAS , negotiated by The Civil Service and The Unions together.In short they are GAGGING ORDERS, assured success by giving public money to;( In some cases )incompetent, unsuitable, dishonest, corrupt OR (In other cases ) Whistleblowers, scrupulous, decent ( but not decent enough to tell The World of the problems they had become disgusted with ) 'Cot 3 's very existance created overnight the requirement to pay off departing employees. They invented a new form of money, an unnescessary expence on the public purse with no public benefit. Cot 3 ought to be scrapped now in Richmond. Yes, even before Mr Hancock departs. It is yet another Richmond Scandal... You could say the worse the 'crime' the bigger the cheque. |
