So Mr "Opportunitues for him" Handcock is finally off in a few weeks. What a wonderful Christmas present for the council tax payers of Richmond upon Thames. The back room manipulator has become an embarrassment to this council. He must be the most hated Richmond Council officer ever.
What about that CV now Bob! - Scope, David Lewis, Richmond Council - dark clouds everywhere - who in their right mind would employ this crook, only Mr Harbord at Hammersmith & Fulham would be so masonic. Impressive track record Bob!
What an inept, corrupt and disastrous mason he has been. We should take away his apron.
Hammersmith's loss is Richmond's gain.
I have just sent the Watchdog address to twenty email addresses at H&F council but I see Rowena is already there smoothing the way for her guru. Will the mail get through I wonder? Doubtful!
