The arch of my feet cramp up with exercise.
I am 29 year old female and I just began working out with a personal trainer. The pain/cramping occurs when we are doing exercises like squats with weights, bent over rows, or step ups. Or anything where I must stand and balance on my feet or on the balls of my feet. The pain gets so bad that I need to stop and stretch out my feet.
I used to have this problem when I was in basketball back in high school but never in track or softball. My feet never cramp at night, when I am sitting or with straight running or walking.
My heals do not hurt so I do not suspect planter fasciitis.
Anyone have issues like this? Do you think I am doing any long term damage? I would love to find a solution for this to go away. Any suggestions would be great. |
