Hello. I recently went to a physical therapist for what I thought was illio-tibial tendonitis in my right leg. The physical therapist told me instead that I my right foot has forefoot varus overpronation.

Does any one have any knowledge of recommended interventions for this diagnosis? Are orthotics typically the preferred solution?

Any thoughts, advice, or shared expereinces would be very appeciated.
