Several times during the night my feet, sometimes left and sometimes right, turn in or out and I have to stand to get them back in line, this is not really painful, just annoying. I have to get out of bed and stand on my feet and can sometimes hear like bones crunching, then I can go back to sleep for an hour or so before this happens again.
I sometime have leg cramps, but not so often now as in the past. One toenail on my right foot has turned purple. I am diabetic. Any suggestions? |
