Is it possible for a bunion to appear on top of the foot (toward the inside above arch)? If not, what could this bony-like bump on my foot be? It's just on my right foot, and has come and gone and come again recently? (I stand on my feet all day at work, but I usually wear tennis shoes with custom-made inserts.) I didn't this past week, so maybe that's why it's back?
