I have bunions on both feet, although not too bad. I exercise regularly in the spring to get in shape for summer. I feel that my left toe seems to be getting a little sore lately. Sometimes it feels as if I am moving that big toe more than the right foot. I am wondering if I should get a toe separater for in between or some kind of toe splint? I am really hoping I do not have to stop exercising, and I plan to have surgery in the fall before this gets worse. |
