I have fallen arches and have neglected them todate. However having spent the weekend in Berkenstokes I woke up this morning with a swelling running from my small toe to underneath my ankle. My foot feels inflexible and it is proving difficult to walk. What can I do to prevent this from happening again, and can you recommend a type of Orthotics that will help alleviate my problem ? I now realise how important our feet are, this injury is aging.
