 Subject: Poor circulation in legs and feet

I have had 8 bypasses in my right leg because of blood clots. Each time a vein was taken from my left leg for the bypass. Now I can't sit for more than 15 or 20 minutes without my legs and toes going numb where I have to stand and walk around until this numbness goes away. At home, I either have to sit in my recliner with my legs up on the footrest or lie in bed with my feet raised. This limits my driving an other activities where I have to sit.
