For the last year I have been experiencing an isolated and excruciating pain on the back inside of my arch. When I touch it, it's almost like the feeling of an abcess. Recently, it's been flaring up without me even standing on my foot.
Is my arch falling? Can anyone give me an opinion? I've had plantar fascitis but it didn't feel like this pain. This pain actually sends chills down my spine when I have it.
Is there anything I can try without going to the doctor? |
