***********************************************************Capsulitis is generally a clinical diagnosis, rather than one established by definitive testing. To stick with a diagnosis made in such a manner, and especially in the face of treatment which has not only proved ineffective, but has resulted in even greater pain (whether or not directly related to the choice of treatment), it's time either to re-evaluated the diagnosis or send the patient out for another opinion. To make any sort of definitive treatment recommendation in this forum, with neither a confirmed diagnosis, extensive fact and finding and/or a hands on diagnosis would be professionally inappropriate. As your doctor has given up, see another doctor and choose him/her well. |
