Hi - My left foot has been troubling me for quite a ew months - only a little at first but now almost all of the time. It is worse when I first get up in the morning or after a nap. The burning sensation is on the top up from the last three toes about 1 to 3 inches. The pain is very intense like a hot poker but comes and goes. It is also very tender - my husband used to rub my feet and now I can't stand for him to hold my foot with any pressure as he rubs it. It is sore to the touch and hurts even when I wear a shoe but not the burning pain just a sore pain. In the beginning I thought I had bruised it somehow but it should have been gone long ago. Now the right foot has begun the same early symptoms and I'm really getting concerned about my ability to walk as these pain increase in severity and frequency. So.......... will I live? lol
