Hi, I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions as to what my heel pain might be.
I am 14 years old and am not very active. When I stand for a while (like walking in the mall or bakinging in the kitchen) I experience a pain on the bottom of my heel. It isn't a sharp or severe pain, but it isn't mild either. After sitting for a while it goes away until the next time I stand or walk for a while. My heel doesn't appear to be inflamed or discolored, but I can't tell for sure. I will be going to the doctor in a few months and will ask her about it then (it is not so bad that I feel like I should go in immediatley), but I was just curious if anyone had any ideas as to what the cause of my pain may be.
